As a local business based in Halifax, the founder has over 30 years experience working in finance. With 20 of those years working in an accountancy practice as a Payroll Manager running end to end payroll for over 100 small and medium sized companies.

The founder has over 15 years as a Payroll Manager, before moving on to working in Local Government payroll and then the Direct Payment department as an auditor.

We have experience running weekly, monthly and two weekly payrolls for 90 firms of varying sizes - from sole directors to 60 employee+ companies.

We offer end to end payroll for comapnies in Halifax, Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield - which includes setting you up with HMRC as an employer and applying for a PAYE scheme, setting up a payroll file, adding employees, dealing with absences, issuing P45’s for leavers, and end of year P60’s to staff.

Likewise, we can inform the Pension Regulator of employer status, and set up a workplace pension scheme, enrolling employees and adding pension contributions for each pay period.

Also, with 5 years’ experience working in Local Government starting within the payroll department and then the Direct Payment support team working within the monitoring and compliance of direct payments department.

We understand what records need to be kept and how they need to be presented for direct payment monitoring and all the regulations around employing personal assistants and paying their wages.

We can advise on your record keeping and help make it presentable and submit it for monitoring to local government.

If you receive a direct payment, you need to send regular reports of how the money is being spent to your local authority and as a payroll provider we keep accurate up to date records which can be offered to the local authority when requested for monitoring purposes.
